The site was originally developed as a repository for learning from the Pioneering Places project in East Kent, supported by Arts Council England and National Lottery Heritage Fund. Shortly after the end of this project in 2020, the site became a home for further placemaking case studies, learning and knowledge sharing developed through the Cultural Development Fund (CDF) Peer Learning Network, funded through Arts Council England. is owned and managed by Five10Twelve Ltd - a Ramsgate-based SME providing specialist project management, knowledge-sharing and placemaking consultancy and advocacy services for the creative and cultural sector.
